Customer Care FAQ

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping will vary based on destination zip code and weight of order. If your goods total exceeds $99 then shipping is free in most cases.

When will I get my order?

Typical domestic orders ship within 2 business days of processing. Please account for 2 business days for processing.

Delivery time primarily depends on the method of shipping you choose when placing your order. Some orders ship faster if they are closer to our warehouses. See the "Shipping" section above for more info or contact Customer Care at 1-866-402-1831 x 2 or email customercare@ecoproducts.com.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship or distribute internationally at this time.

What does it mean if an item is on backorder?

Products that are out of stock will often be put on backorder. Our customer care team will contact you to discuss option when this occurs.

I'm ordering for a tax exempt organization, how do I change my account settings to exclude tax?

Per IRS regulations we need a copy (yup, good old fashion paper copy) of your tax exempt certification on file at Eco-Products. You can fax your certification to: 303-449-1877 attn: Customer Care.

We will refund taxes billed within the past six months once we receive the paper copy of your tax certification.

We are updating our site to include tax exempt status options and ask for your patience during this time.

In the meantime, there are three ways to place your tax exempt order:

  • Place your order online and add a note in Step 3 indicating you will be faxing a copy of your tax exempt certification
  • Call Customer Care and place a phone order 1-866-402-1831 x 2
  • Fax or email an order to Customer Care at 303-449-1877 or customercare@ecoproducts.com
